Finance Clerk

This position is a full-time professional administrative position within the Finance Department of the Village of Pleasant Prairie and reports to the Financial Project Manager & the Municipal Court Judge. The primary responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to, supporting the Finance Department with their overall efficient operation, providing excellent customer service, performing cash handling activities, and conducting various accounting and administrative responsibilities.

This position is scheduled Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and an evening court session typically once per month. This position provides the opportunity for growth within Finance or other Village departments.

Current enrollment in or completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field is required; along with 2+ years experience in an administrative, financial, customer service, or professional office setting is preferred.
