Connect For Success is a group of dedicated networkers with goals to grow business through recognition and referrals, build relationships, and help themselves and others succeed. They include guest speakers to educate them on issues relevant to the times.

This month’s topic will be “Focus on The Fundamentals to Evolve a Better Organization and Employee Experience” presented by Mike Sirchio, of The Sirchio Group.

There are fundamental actions that business leadership/ownership can take to evolve their organization's culture and employee experience, such as clarity of business goals and active feedback/listening/action.

Mike will speak to his experience on how leadership/ownership can simply and proactively engage their employees by applying common-sense principles in their workplaces. Mike has seen that, when the effort is invested, the returns to the business and employees creates opportunities for all.
