Business Services of Kenosha County provides employers One-Stop access to a quality workforce, both by direct services and linkages to a coordinated network of referral sources. Located at the Kenosha County Job Center, the Business Services Team provides a single point of contact to assist employers in the recruitment, training, and retention of workers, at no cost to employers. Some of the services they provide include Coordination of On-Site Recruitments, Hosting of Job Fairs, Access to the Resume Matrix, Assistance with Posting of Job Orders, Provision of Labor Market Information, Collection of Resumes/Applications, Referral to Resources (financial incentives, community organizations, small business development) , Interviewing of Candidates, National career Readiness Certificates, and more.
