Oakfire is passionate about Pizza Napolentana and their Wisconsin partners. Born in Naples, Italy over 200 years ago, Pizza Napoletana is known for its smokey-charred outer crust and soft, delicate center - traditionally eaten in Italy with a knife and fork. Each pizza is wood-fired at 1000 degrees in their imported Stefano Ferrara ovens.
