The Salvation Army Wonderland Camp & Conference Center is a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Salem, Wisconsin and ranks as one of the largest camp and conference centers in the Midwest. It offers a variety of accommodations and facilities for hosting events, conferences, and outdoor activities.

We specialize in weekend retreat groups, midweek corporate retreats or day-retreats, outdoor education for schools and youth groups, and of course, our own Salvation Army summer camp programming. We provide trained facilitators for team building, and certified staff oversee the climbing walls, swimming pool, archery, and ropes courses. All staff are Red Cross CPR/AED certified.

We contract our kitchen operations with HandCut Foods, and offer an endless variety of meals, snacks, and specialty events catering. Our Guest Services Manager will work with you to identify the perfect menu to compliment your groups needs.

For overnight lodging, we offer everything from traditional camp cabins, to deluxe lodging (hotel style rooms with a shared bathroom), and full hotel style rooms with private baths.

Outdoor activities include everything from a pool, a lake for boating and fishing, High Ropes Adventure course, two climbing walls, a zip line, a low ropes team-building course, disc golf, a coffee shop, and so much more.

Our camp program and facility is accredited by the American Camp Association as well as the Christian Camp and Conference Association. We stay current with all inspections from the Health Department, Fire Inspections, Chesterfield Insurance, and all other requirements.
