Established in 1974, Society's Assets is a non-profit organization that provides a full range of affordable services in the comfort of your home. Help can range from simple, weekly household tasks to personal care and independent living needs. We have 400 well-trained, qualified staff members providing support services to more than 1,000 people across five counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Society’s Assets staff provide resources for people with disabilities. Services include advocacy, supportive home care, home and vehicle modifications, assistive technology (partially supported by WisTech), technical assistance regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, independent living skills training, peer support, benefits counseling, and transitions to life after high school or returning home from the nursing home.
