Walkin In My Shoes is a charitable, nonprofit organization with a Street Outreach Program that links the homeless with immediate emergency shelter assistance and helps secure adequate placement within 24 hours. They also provide Survival Backpacks that include personal care items for immediate needs to underserved, unsheltered street homeless youth, men, women, and children. In addition, they opened the Drop-in Center for Homeless Youth for the many teens and youth living 'in between' the homes of friends and relatives.
