We're Hiring: B2B Sales Advisor – Digital Marketing

The Gratzi is a Kenosha-based digital marketing company, and we're looking for someone to help us grow!

This is a full-time, in-person, new-business sales position focused on finding new clients, building relationships, and helping local businesses grow through digital marketing.

As a B2B Sales Advisor, you'll prospect for new business through outbound calls and other outreach, connect with business owners and decision-makers, learn about their needs, and recommend digital marketing solutions. You'll also prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and work to close new business.

We're looking for someone who's personable, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable starting conversations. Strong communication skills, organization, and a willingness to learn are important. Previous sales or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!

Compensation: $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with expected first-year earnings of $55,000–$65,000+.
